tossdown is a SaaS company offering e-commerce and digital marketing solutions tailored to the food industry. We work with food businesses to build e-commerce websites, mobile apps, and deliver impactful digital marketing strategies. Our mission is to help food brands grow by enhancing their online presence and driving sales growth.
Job Description
- Identify and build strong relationships with decision-makers in large-scale food, retail, hospitality, and corporate businesses.
- Sell a tailored range of solutions, including Digital Marketing Services and Technology Solutions (e.g., Meta & Google Ads, SEO, and SaaS platforms).
- Lead and own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to unlock enterprise opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and service plans.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including meetings, contacts, notes, and deal stages in accordance with SOPs.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Travel as needed for meetings, presentations, and client engagement.
- Share competitive insights and sales feedback with leadership to guide business strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
A strong network of industry connections and the ability to influence decision-makers at the C-level or senior management.
Demonstrated success in selling to large clients, franchises, or corporate accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and/or tech-based product solutions.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and structured pipeline management.
Proactive, strategic, and self-motivated, with a focus on closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site presentations.
Comfortable working in a commission-based structure with clear performance expectations.
