We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Sales Executive with expertise in the USA market to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in generating high-quality B2B leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The role demands strong communication skills, an accent close to the American standard, and a deep understanding of the USA business landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach in the USA market.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and lead generation platforms to source and validate leads.
- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and virtual meetings to engage with prospects.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop and execute strategies to move leads through the sales funnel effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and collaboration.
- Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and target customer profiles in the USA.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Reporting & KPIs:
- Track and report lead generation metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI of campaigns.
- Regularly update CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and sales targeting the USA market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a near-native USA accent.
- Strong knowledge of USA business culture, market dynamics, and industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
