Job Description

Management & Reporting:

  • Manage nationwide teams through local managers and deliver on CarSure (Car Certification) targets.
  • Ensure all issues/concerns/questions from teams across Pakistan and other stakeholders like buyers and dealers are addressed in a timely fashion.
  • Timely reporting of all items to the head of classifieds business as per designated frequency.

Monetization:

  • Come up with ways to increase revenues from the CarSure program by opening it up for all industry stakeholders.
  • Work with the marketing & product team to ensure that the monetization aspect of this program is properly highlighted and build smooth operations to handle all incoming requests.

Technical Aspects:

  • Continuously improve the CarSure program by adding/modifying testing items based on market feedback and research.
  • Look for additional tools and technologies to make our program more robust and reliable.
  • Work with the product & engineering team to make sure all enhancements are implemented technically and rolled out in a timely fashion.

Training:

  • Continuously train resources so that there is a standardized testing system across Pakistan; every resource in our team should grade the car in the same way. This means all new changes are rolled after pre-training and general trainings are carried out in a timely fashion to ensure resources perform standardized testing.
  • Monitor & audit team performances nationwide and use them to further develop trainings and changes to the program.
Job Specification

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Must have an MBA or Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in managing a large direct sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high-performance sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.
  • Strategy development, project management, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally. Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
