We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Email Marketer to join our team. The Email Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to promote our products/services, drive engagement, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing platforms, customer segmentation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with business goals and marketing strategies.
Create engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals, that resonate with target audiences.
Segment email lists based on customer behaviors, preferences, and demographics to send targeted campaigns.
Design and test email templates to ensure optimized performance across devices and email clients.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to identify areas for improvement.
Manage email databases and ensure that emails comply with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, send times, and content for maximum effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other marketers, to ensure alignment with broader marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.

Job Specification

Preferred Skills:

Experience with HTML/CSS for email template design.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer journey mapping.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as an Email Marketer or in a similar digital marketing role. Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot
