About the Role

Are you a driven finance professional ready to take the next big step in your career? We are seeking fully or partly qualified Chartered Accountants (ICAP members or students) or completed ACCA members with 3–5 years of post-articles industry experience to join our Islamabad office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, internationally connected real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
  3. Develop and enforce strong internal controls and financial systems
  4. Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits
  5. Conduct financial modeling and support feasibility studies for projects
  6. Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
  7. Manage cash flows, fund utilization, and payment cycles
  8. Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation, and regulatory standards
  9. Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance KPIs for leadership
  10. Support ERP implementation and drive process automation (Dynamics 365 experience is a plus)

Qualifications

  1. CA (Fully or Partly Qualified – ICAP Member/Finals Student) or ACCA (Completed)
  2. Completed Articles (Big 4 preferred)
  3. 3–5 years of post-articles experience in an industry setting (preferably real estate development)
  4. In-depth knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and tax compliance
  5. Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP knowledge preferred)
  6. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  8. Experience in real estate, construction, or project-based environments is a plus
