As a leader in scalable recruitment and IT support services, we are now seeking a dynamic Customer Specialist & Client Manager to lead strategic client relationships and manage enterprise CRM platforms to elevate sales performance, customer retention, and operational outcomes.
Role OverviewWe are hiring a Customer Specialist & Client Manager with strong experience in CRM implementation, client success, and B2B/B2C engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will play a key role in managing high-value client accounts, optimizing the customer journey, and contributing directly to company revenue and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- CRM Strategy & Optimization: Lead the full-cycle CRM implementation, configuration, and automation for internal teams and clients.
- Client Management: Manage and grow enterprise-level client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention across sectors, especially in solar and finance.
- Sales Account Oversight: Drive account growth by overseeing client sales portfolios (up to $10M+), forecasting sales performance, and recommending strategic improvements.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Collaborate with marketing to refine lead pipelines, boost lead quality by up to 40%, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 12+ sales/customer representatives, ensuring communication standards and client alignment.
- Product Care Support (Solar): Deliver operational excellence by implementing product care strategies, reducing ticket volume and improving upsell rates.
- Workflow Automation: Build intelligent workflows across CRM platforms to enhance user productivity and reduce redundant processes.
- Client Reporting & Analysis: Deliver insights and performance analytics on customer data, engagement, and campaign outcomes.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience in CRM management and client support (Minimum 5–8 years preferred).
- Hands-on expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Deep understanding of B2B and B2C customer journeys.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar sales accounts and executing strategy.
- Strong knowledge of the solar industry's post-sales and care operations is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in process automation, reporting, and cross-functional CRM workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
