About the Client and the Role
We are hiring for a client in the real estate sector and seeking an experienced, dynamic and highly organized Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and senior leadership. This individual will be responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence, and ensuring flawless execution across our global, distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO's right hand, providing strategic counsel and supporting mission-critical decision-making, planning, and execution.
- Translate the CEO's vision into actionable plans and ensure seamless implementation across functions.
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects from conception to successful delivery.
- Streamline and optimize operational workflows across departments to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Build and implement SOPs that standardize operations, drive accountability, and enable team collaboration across remote, onshore, offshore, and on-site teams.
- Oversee efficient resource allocation to support operational and financial objectives.
- Manage and motivate distributed teams across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Foster a performance-driven, quality-focused culture across diverse, international teams.
- Ensure effective communication and cohesion across remote and hybrid workforces.
- Guide talent management, team development, and retention strategies.
- Define and track KPIs for team and organizational performance, including employee time management and attendance.
- Develop executive reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to inform leadership decisions.
- Identify gaps and opportunities through data-driven insights and implement strategic improvements.
- Serve as the communication bridge between the CEO, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and transparent communication.
- Produce high-impact reports, board decks, presentations, and strategic briefings.
- Prepare agendas, lead executive meetings, and ensure proper follow-ups on action items.
- Stay current on technology and AI trends relevant to business operations and strategy.
- Identify and lead organization-wide adoption of AI-powered tools to optimize productivity and decision-making.
- Guide the use of AI/analytics for strategic insights, automation, and improved performance tracking.
- Manage the CEO's time, schedule priorities effectively, and implement executive time management techniques across supporting teams.
Requirements
- Must be available and committed to working night shifts (mandatory).
- Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in demanding, fast-paced environments — preferably in Chief of Staff, Strategic Operations, Service Delivery. Remote Workforce Manager or similar roles.
- Proven US business expertise, with knowledge of market dynamics, compliance, and operational best practices.
- Strong background in leading and managing international teams across distributed setups (remote, offshore, on-site).
- Deep knowledge of modern technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level leaders, global teams, and external partners.
- Analytical thinker with a data-first mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Extremely well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple high-priority initiatives.
- Strong leadership presence with emotional intelligence and cultural fluency.
- Proficiency in modern project management frameworks, tools, and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
Preferred Certifications & Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Experience with enterprise-level CRM and ERP platforms.
- Certification or experience in Change Management frameworks.
