Test lead is the one to efficiently lead a team of testers to meet the product goals and hence the organization goals that are derived, are achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. The ideal candidate possesses strong software testing skills with a passion for software quality assurance.
  2. Responsible for generating technical documents (Test Plan, Test Cases, Use Cases, etc.).
  3. Must be able to write SQL queries to retrieve, save, and update data.
  4. Prioritize tasks based on the criticality of the projects.
  5. Create, maintain, and enhance test automation scripts and programs.
  6. Open defects as needed during manual or automated testing.
  7. Create daily status reports for test case and defect metrics.
  8. Take ownership of the quality of the product being shipped.
  9. Responsible for task assignment and team management.
  10. Responsible for manual and automated software testing.
  11. Plan, design, and implement testing strategies and automation infrastructure.
  12. Perform and lead teams through all types of testing such as functional, regression, system, and interface tests to achieve project goals.
  13. Coordinate, arrange, and conduct meetings with the concerned development team lead for requirement understanding or resolution of bugs.
Job Specification

Minimum: 4-years Bachelor's Degree (CS, CE, IT).

At least 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

Proficient with computers.

Good organizational skills.

Able to manage time.

Able to work independently.

Recognize and prioritize quality issues.

Investigate new quality, process techniques, tools, and technologies.

Location: Information Technology and Services - Lahore, Pakistan.
