Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and client-focused leader to join Enrichers Investment Group as the Head of Client Services. In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints.

As the face of our client services division, you will design and implement strategies that enhance service standards, foster long-term relationships, and drive client retention and growth. Your leadership will directly impact our reputation, operational excellence, and bottom line in a fast-paced investment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

●Lead, mentor, and manage the client services team to deliver outstanding client experiences.

●Design and execute client service strategies that align with company goals and market demands.

●Act as the senior point of contact for high-value clients and ensure their needs are met proactively.

●Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, compliance, operations) to optimize client interactions.

●Analyze client feedback and service metrics to continuously improve processes.

●Stay ahead of financial market trends and regulatory developments to support clients effectively.

●Resolve escalated issues swiftly and with professionalism, safeguarding client trust.

●Champion a client-first culture while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

●Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

●Minimum 5+ years of experience in client services, preferably in finance, investment, or banking sectors.

●Proven track record of leading service teams and driving client satisfaction.

●Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.

●Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

●A strategic mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach.
