Shumaila's London is looking for a Head of Delivery for Gulberg Branch in Lahore who has an acute passion for delivering the best customer services.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth delivery of services to the clients on a daily basis.
  • Lead the team of marketing & oversee social media.
  • Lead the team of operations and ensure smooth running of services.
  • Lead the team of technical service providers, ensuring their knowledge and performance is up to scratch.
  • Lead the team of product managers, ensuring the best consultations to the client base.
  • Oversee accountancy and liaise with the accountant on a need basis.
  • Provide immediate response to any emergency situation that may arise at any time of the day.
  • You will be the first and last person responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients and smooth operational activities in-house.
  • Manage expectations of all staff members and liaise with staff members at any level of hierarchy.
  • Report to the Management in the UK on a daily basis.

Remuneration

The selected candidate will be paid 18 Lac pa plus an annual bonus.

Working hours: 6 days a week.

Job Specification
  • Appropriate bachelor's degree or higher in the field of management.
  • Minimum 10 years of field experience.
  • Must have fluency in the English language.
  • Must have team lead experience.
  • Preference to candidates with a technical background.
