Job Role

We are hiring a full-time B2B Sales Agent for our Multan office. This is an on-site position with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time). In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to U.S.-based businesses, introducing our clients' services, qualifying leads, and booking sales appointments. The job requires strong communication skills and a good understanding of how B2B sales and marketing work.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to make outbound calls, send emails, and connect with potential business clients in the USA. Your main task will be to generate interest, qualify prospects, and set up meetings for our clients. You will also use CRM tools to manage contacts, track progress, and update information regularly. Meeting weekly and monthly targets will be a key part of your role.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with experience in B2B sales or cold calling. You must have strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, and feel confident talking to business professionals. A good understanding of B2B marketing and the ability to follow scripts and sales strategies is important. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive is a plus. You should also be comfortable working night shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
