KAINATT ENTERPRISES is a leading construction company based in Karachi. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support our project team and ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects across all phases. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, and communication.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Track issues and risks, and support resolution strategies.
  • Maintain project management tools and update status reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in project coordination or support roles.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
