Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and conversion rates
  • Mentor and assess colleagues' performance
  • Coordinate daily tasks, including staff scheduling
  • Establish measurable objectives for store performance, customer satisfaction and colleague growth
  • Evaluate success by tracking weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and financial reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the partner store
  • Assess terminated customers and professionally engage with them to encourage timely payments
Job Requirements

  2. A results-driven approach to sales.
  3. Self-motivation and ambition in meeting targets.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
  5. Competitive market savvy.
  6. Previous customer-facing experience.
  7. Proficiency in writing proposals, sales promotions, lead generation, opportunity identification, closing, sales techniques, forecasting, direct sales, and account mapping.
