Hiring Sales Development Representative (Onsite | Commission-Based)

Location: G15 Markaz, Islamabad

Type: Commission Only

We're looking for proactive and persuasive Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team onsite. This is a commission-only role, ideal for individuals who know how to open conversations, build business relationships, and generate real opportunities.

You'll be assigned to B2B campaigns, where your main focus will be identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential business clients through outreach.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients in assigned territories
  • Initiate contact with decision-makers at small to mid-sized companies
  • Deliver strong pitches about our services and value proposition
  • Ask the right qualifying questions to determine fit
  • Set appointments or pass qualified leads to our closing team
  • Keep detailed notes on interactions and update internal records daily
  • Work towards weekly KPIs: leads generated, appointments booked, and conversions
  • Represent the company professionally in the field at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in outbound B2B sales
  • Call Center experienced.
  • US/UK accent preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
  • Comfortable approaching new businesses and initiating conversations
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and confident in handling objections
  • Must be available for on-site work
  • Must be able to work on the night shift
