Role DescriptionThis is a full-time and part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Karachi. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about services. The role requires maintaining a professional demeanor while delivering excellent service and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven experience in customer support, customer service, and resolving customer issues
- Ability to manage customer service management tasks and maintain customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an asset

- Starting basic salary: 35,000 PKR
- Attendance allowance: 5,000 PKR
- Conveyance allowance: 5,000 PKR
- Uncapped commission

Shift Timings:- 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM
