Job Description:
We are seeking aMale Customer Service Executiveto handle client interactions, resolve queries, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely support.
  • Maintain logs and records of customer interactions.
  • Visit client ends to resolve queries & make strong relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Only male candidates will be considered for this role.
