About the Role

Are you passionate about solving complex problems in embedded systems? At Taraz Technologies, we are building cutting-edge power electronics and embedded solutions, and we're looking for a talented R&D Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and testing firmware that powers our advanced devices.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and debug firmware for microcontroller and FPGA-based systems.
  • Implement communication protocols like SPI, UART, Ethernet, and USB for diagnostics and interfacing.
  • Design control algorithms for DC and AC motors and implement them on microcontrollers.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Test and validate system performance to meet safety and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for embedded software development and problem-solving.
  • Strong skills in C/C++ programming with an emphasis on code optimization.
  • Familiarity with microcontroller peripherals and understanding of hardware schematics.
  • A proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with ARM architecture and programming.
  • Familiarity with Linux-based systems and GUI development.
  • A background in Mechatronics Engineering or similar fields.

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
