Position: Senior Manager/ Manager Digital VAS & Devices

Location: Islamabad

Reporting to: Deputy Director VAS, Terminal & Digital Products/ Services

Job Type: Permanent

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for driving annual VAS and device portfolio revenue and gross margin in line with business targets. Lead end-to-end development, launch, and lifecycle management of digital products, services, and devices, ensuring commercial and technical readiness. Foster business growth through strategic planning, market positioning, and strong partnerships with internal teams and external partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review business cases for new digital services and devices, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
  • Plan, manage, and launch new digital services and devices in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead marketing planning, budgeting, and financial evaluations for product initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee post-launch performance, risk management, and product improvements.
  • Lead partner/vendor negotiations, contract finalizations, and vendor relationship management.
  • Supervise testing, quality assurance, and technical integrations for commercial projects.
  • Drive monetization of VAS offerings and develop converged (voice, data, entertainment) solutions.
  • Manage device portfolio strategy, roadmap, and upgrade initiatives aligned with market needs.
  • Build and manage a capable team, ensuring performance management and skill development.
  • Maintain effective cross-functional and external communication for product innovation and customer-centric service delivery.

Education:

  • In principle have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree or above
