Job Title: Service Development Manager

eConception is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in the information technology and services sector. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for increasing market share by providing top-of-the-line Value Added Services (VAS).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Closing Deals: Collaborate with vendors/ operators and B2B/B2C clients to ensure product quality meets customer demands.
  2. Revenue Generation: Employ strategic and innovative methods to drive revenue growth.
  3. VAS Promotion: Effectively promote and sell VAS across various business channels.
  4. Partnerships: Work with the team to establish and implement strategic partner relationships with operators, 3rd party providers, solution providers, and content providers for VAS solutions.
  5. Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase and generate revenue through activities with operators, 3rd party providers, solution providers, and content providers.
  6. Content Analysis: Analyze VAS content performance and advertisements.
  7. Content Management: Manage and market content across operators, 3rd party providers, solution providers, and content providers to create revenue-generating opportunities.
  8. Financial Reporting: Request and follow up on monthly financial statements for revenue share from VAS services of operators, 3rd party providers, solution providers, and content providers.
  9. Tech Support: Identify and communicate technical support requirements for implemented services.
  10. Relationship Building: Develop strategic relationships with operators, 3rd party providers, solution providers, and content providers.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in value-added services, preferably in GSM services development.
  2. Operational Impact: Ability to understand the impact of operational decisions on organizational initiatives.
  3. Commercial Acumen: Creative and inspired approach to researching best commercial practices for new technologies.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  5. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.
  6. Critical Thinking: Smart, proactive thinking and solution-centered approach.
  7. Market Share Growth: Proven track record of increasing market share.
  8. Relationship Building: Ability to establish solid relations across vendors, operators, 3rd party providers, etc.
