As an SAP FICO/FM Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Funds Management (FM) modules for our clients. You will work closely with project teams and clients to understand business requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP FICO and FM modules, with experience in full lifecycle implementations.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Design and configure SAP FICO and FM modules to meet client needs, following best practices and industry standards.
  • Lead and participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, build, test, deployment, and support.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams, including developers, analysts, and end-users.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP functionality and best practices.
  • Customize and enhance SAP solutions as needed to address specific business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO and FM modules, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Stay current with SAP updates, patches, and new features, and assess their impact on client implementations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO and FM modules, including at least two full lifecycle implementations of FICO and at least one FM implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and SAP best practices.
  • Expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and integration with other modules.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
