Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO expert to join our team. As a senior consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Funds Management (FM) modules for clients.

About the Role

You will work closely with project teams and clients to understand business requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements;
  • Designing and configuring SAP FICO and FM modules to meet client needs, following best practices and industry standards;
  • Leading and participating in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, build, test, deployment, and support;
  • Providing guidance and support to project teams, including developers, analysts, and end-users;
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP functionality and best practices;
  • Customizing and enhancing SAP solutions as needed to address specific business requirements;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FICO and FM modules, providing timely and effective solutions;
  • Staying current with SAP updates, patches, and new features, and assessing their impact on client implementations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO and FM modules, including at least two full lifecycle implementations of FICO and at least one FM implementation;
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and SAP best practices;
  • Expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and integration with other modules;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
