Production Manager (W.M Automatic / Semi Automatic)
  • Plan, execute, and monitor the production schedule in alignment with delivery commitments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Factory Manager to address bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and adjust plans when needed.
  • Ensure optimal manpower planning and resource allocation to meet production goals.
  • Lead all production activities while maintaining equipment, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor capacity (manpower & machinery) and prioritize resources to meet output expectations.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production KPIs; proactively resolve any shortfalls.
  • Initiate and oversee skills development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Supervise critical manufacturing processes, including moulding, fusing, assembly, and bending.
  • Regularly inspect workstations, ensuring quality output and disciplined workflow.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all production functions.
  • Manage raw material inventory and ensure SAP/WMS records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct end-of-day OEC meetings to review production status and alignment.
  • Act as Key User for SAP/WMS in the PP (Production Planning) module.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
  • Perform any additional tasks as directed by the immediate manager.

Preferred Skills:Strong leadership and team coordination skills

  • Hands-on experience in production planning and process control
  • Proficient in SAP/WMS
  • Knowledge of ISO standards implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
