Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be an energetic self-starter capable of identifying influencers and key decision-makers within accounts.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage & Connect: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers through outbound cold calls to introduce our products/services.
  2. Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the benefits and unique selling points, tailoring messages to individual needs.
  3. Lead Management: Maintain and update a database of leads using CRM tools to track interactions and follow-ups.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Set and strive to exceed monthly sales targets proactively.
  5. Customer-Centric Approach: Provide exceptional service by listening actively and addressing concerns empathetically.
  6. Collaborative Strategy Development: Work with the sales team to develop innovative lead generation and conversion strategies.
  7. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales techniques.
  8. Performance Reporting: Use data analytics to prepare sales reports and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in selling services (product selling experience not considered).
  • Experience in selling life insurance or courses is highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet/exceed targets.
  • Comfortable with CRM software and digital tools.
  • Familiarity with Qatar's market and consumer behavior.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt sales techniques.
Compensation
  • Basic Salary: QR 2,000
  • Settling Down Allowance: QR 1,000 (first 3 months)
  • Commission: 10%; average sales: QR 5,000-QR 8,000/month; top performers: QR 15,000-QR 20,000/month (with commissions)
Work Schedule & Benefits
  • 9 hours/day, 6 days/week
  • Performance Bonus: QR 1,000-QR 3,000/month
  • Post-paid phone with unlimited calls and SMS
  • Annual paid vacation: 21 days
