This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in commercial and industrial solar energy sales, particularly within the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve objectives.
  • Generate leads and cultivate strong relationships with key clients in the corporate and industrial sectors.
  • Monitor and report on sales KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Job Specification:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in solar energy sales, with a focus on commercial and industrial markets.
  • Proven expertise in dealing with corporate clients and achieving substantial business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
