Role Description :
Mason1, a pioneer in solar energy with over 10 years of expertise in delivering sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in commercial and industrial solar energy sales, particularly within the corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve objectives.
- Generate leads and cultivate strong relationships with key clients in the corporate and industrial sectors.
- Monitor and report on sales KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in solar energy sales, with a focus on commercial and industrial markets.
- Proven expertise in dealing with corporate clients and achieving substantial business growth.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in lead generation and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
