Our client is a well-known textile firm seeking a senior product manager. The candidate should be FOREIGN QUALIFIED and have 4 to 5 years of experience in denim textiles.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with the preproduction department for the arrangement of CA on already committed dates.
  2. Place fabric and trim orders well in advance as per 'gantt' dates to ensure arrival of material on required dates.
  3. Issue order acceptance forms and Performa invoices for L/C establishment as soon as orders are confirmed and accepted.
  4. Follow up on materials and production for on-time delivery.
  5. Conduct quality follow-ups on different levels of production to ensure that the client's required quality standards are maintained. Authorized to reject any shipment not meeting required quality standards, with prior notification to all concerned.
  6. Ensure that no materials/resources are wasted.
  7. Provide post-production support and service to clients.
  8. Support the marketing manager, deputy marketing manager, and commercial office through completion of assigned tasks.
  9. Ensure zero complaints from customers on communication.
  10. Ensure that all outgoing samples to customers meet the required quality level.
  11. Send updates to assigned customers on agreed timelines for sampling and production.
  12. Maintain a booking pipeline of assigned customer(s) full with interested product development that matures into profitable business.
