Ecolean is hiring a Manager for Accounts and Taxation to manage tax filings, financial records, and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of SAP and a strong foundation in accounting and taxation. This is an excellent opportunity for ACCA and CA candidates looking to gain international experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation and review of tax returns (Sales and US Tax).
  2. Preparing monthly payroll and TCF.
  3. Taxation data gathering, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
  4. Work within SAP to manage tax-related transactions, reports, and compliance.
  5. Perform bookkeeping, data entry, and tax adjustments as needed.
  6. Assist in maintaining internal financial controls and compliance procedures.
  7. Stay updated with tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate reporting.
  8. Liaise with auditors and tax authorities on tax documentation and queries.
  9. Conduct research on tax regulations and industry best practices.
  10. Ensure data accuracy and assist with monthly and quarterly financial closings.
  11. Manage yearly increments, bonuses, and all allowances.
  12. Responsible for managing EOBI, PESSI, and other compliances.
  13. Familiarity with international affairs and regulations.
  14. Ability to handle customs duties and foreign currency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • CA or ACCA qualification.
  • Understanding of accounting principles.
  • Working hours: 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.
