We are seeking a seasoned Accounting and Taxation professional to drive our finance function forward.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing final accounts in accordance with accounting standards, ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements, and establishing, maintaining and updating Information Management Systems (ERP).

  1. To prepare final accounts as per accounting standards;
  2. To establish, maintain, monitor, continuously update and integrate accounting system of the company, complying with accounting standards;
  3. To be responsible for controlling, monitoring and maintaining company's financial resources for business operation;

This includes:

  • Preparing cash flow forecast on a monthly basis;
  • Monitoring, tracking and following-up of accounts receivables and accounts payables;
  • Ensuring timely payments to suppliers as per prescribed process of the company;
  • Monitoring and renewal of credit limits with banks, if any;

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well conversant with accounting software/related ERP and have at least 5-6 years of relevant professional experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is honest and hardworking, with a strong background in accounting and taxation, and at least CA Finalist qualification.

Additional responsibilities include preparation and online filing of monthly Sales Tax return and withholding statements, handling property tax, professional tax, and/or any other government levy, and preparing Standard Operating Procedures of accounts and finance department to ensure efficient and effective management of departmental operations.
