Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Karāchi.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the lubricant industry.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits and consistent communication.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide technical expertise and detailed product knowledge to clients to help them choose the best lubricants for their needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations, product demos, and technical support to customers and prospective clients.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
Qualifications
  • Engineering degree (preferably Chemical/Mechanical)
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement Sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in the lubricants industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
