Hiring Digital Marketing Specialist to join Xurge Digital Media

Responsibilities:

  1. Build, execute, and optimize the digital marketing funnel across platforms and verticals (Meta, Tiktok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google).
  2. Collaborate with a team contributing to digital marketing campaigns and assist them in achieving lofty profit goals.
  3. Actively test and analyze targeting criteria, ad creatives, and landing pages, to drive results in line with the client's goals.
  4. Develop email marketing campaigns that drive campaign objectives and optimize based on relevant KPIs for the clients.
  5. Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to management.
  6. Identify and maximize new opportunities for campaign growth.
  7. Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results.

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in managing, developing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic social and search.
  2. Agency experience is a plus.
  3. Strong working knowledge of marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and Suite, Tiktok, and LinkedIn.
  4. Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions.
  5. Demonstrates critical thinking skills and good judgment.
  6. Good understanding of paid media, social media, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
  7. Should be a self-starter with a tenacious desire to problem-solve.
  8. Strong communication skills in oral and written form and ability to explain in a simplified yet concise manner for stakeholders.
