Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Digital Marketing Specialist.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies across various platforms and verticals, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategic plans to drive results and achieve client goals.
  2. Collaborate with a team to contribute to digital marketing campaigns and assist in achieving profit objectives.
  3. Analyze targeting criteria, ad creatives, and landing pages to optimize performance and drive results.
  4. Create email marketing campaigns that align with campaign objectives and optimize based on relevant KPIs.
  5. Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to management.
  6. Identify new opportunities for campaign growth and develop innovative tactics and strategies.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in managing, developing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic social and search.
  2. Agency experience is beneficial.
  3. Strong working knowledge of marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Suite, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  4. Ability to think creatively and find solutions.
  5. Demonstrates critical thinking skills and good judgment.
  6. Good understanding of paid media, social media, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
  7. Self-starter with a desire to problem-solve.
  8. Strong communication skills in oral and written form.
