We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Upwork Sales / Proposal Specialist to help our agency grow by consistently sending high-converting proposals on Upwork. You'll be working closely with our founder (MIT-certified, 2000+ SKUs managed, $10M+ optimized) and referencing a rich database of Looms, proposal templates, and past client data to craft clean, personalized responses.

This is not a copy-paste job. We want someone who understands tone, structure, and logic, and can intelligently tailor each proposal within 15–20 minutes using our internal swipe files and structure.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Reviewing job posts on Upwork daily (supply chain, logistics, ecommerce ops, inventory management, Amazon/Shopify brands)
  • Writing tailored proposals using our proven format
  • Embedding relevant Loom links with 1-liner context that matches client pain points
  • Tracking submissions in a Clickup or G-Sheet dashboard
  • Spotting opportunities and flagging high-value clients for founder review
  • Collaborating to refine Loom lines or create new angles

Tools You'll Use:

  • Google Sheets / Docs
  • Clickup (we'll train)
  • ChatGPT (if needed — under our guidance)
  • Our database of Videos and 100+ successful proposals

What You Should Bring:

  • 1–2 years Upwork bidding experience (preferably in agency or ecommerce niche)
  • Strong written English — natural, human, not AI-fluff
  • Able to follow frameworks but write with originality
  • Detail-oriented and time-efficient (this role scales with speed + quality)
  • Ability to record videos in English

  • Familiarity with Amazon/Shopify logistics, 3PLs, inventory tools
  • You've written proposals that have actually converted
