As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage Upwork's vast network of clients to secure new business opportunities.
Main AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic plan to identify and pursue high-value leads on Upwork
Create compelling proposals that highlight our services and address client needs
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform your sales strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction
Essential Skills:
Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the software development industry
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences and contexts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in CRM software and other productivity tools
