Role Overview:

As a Telemarketer / Cold Caller, your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects, setting the stage for sales conversations. This role is vital in helping us expand our client base and introduce them to our expert Amazon services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Initiate calls to potential clients, introducing them to Cogent Solutions' Amazon services.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their pain points, needs, and goals, and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Data Entry & CRM Updates: Accurately log and maintain lead information in our CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and appointment scheduling goals.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills, with an ability to speak clearly and persuasively in a US accent.
  • Experience in Telemarketing or Sales: Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales is highly preferred.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and hit targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Amazon: Knowledge of Amazon algorithms, trends, or e-commerce practices is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and scheduling tools.
