Seeking a dynamic and proactive sales professional with a keen interest in showcasing exceptional sales skills as our next area supervisor in Columbus, OH, and surrounding areas.

- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of local market trends and possess the ability to develop innovative strategies that boost sales of INSURANCE PRODUCTS across multiple areas.

- We are looking for a strategic thinker who can surpass sales targets and profit margins through creative approaches. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining relationships with key clients and expanding our customer base through networking and proactive outreach.

- The preferred candidate will have a minimum of one year of sales management experience, preferably in the financial sector. Our company does not engage in cold calling, door-to-door solicitation, or lead purchases.

Responsibilities
  1. Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement
  2. Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts including progress and sales volume to better determine future goals
  3. Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing
  4. Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
  5. Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads
  6. Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development
Qualifications
  • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Compensation

$75,000 yearly
