Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Karachi. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, managing customer service inquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating communication between the sales team and clients, handling sales operations, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders. The role also involves maintaining records, preparing sales reports, and providing administrative support as needed.

Your general JDs shall be as follows, however, more precise JDs shall be developed in due course:

1. Business Opportunities:

· Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the company.

· Support the Sales Manager in developing strategies to expand the client base.

2. Client and Partner Relationships:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

· Respond to inquiries and provide high-quality service to existing and prospective clients.

3. Collaboration and Strategy:

· Assist in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

· Play a supportive role in achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

4. Sales Presentations and Proposals:

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

· Assist in creating customized solutions to meet client needs and objectives.

5. Industry and Market Monitoring:

· Monitor industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.

· Keep abreast of competitive activity and report findings to the Sales Manager.

6. Financial Transactions:

· Handle financial transactions related to sales activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company protocols.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.

7. Operational Coordination:

· Act as a liaison between the sales department and other departments to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

· Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery to clients.

  • Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.


Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience
    in sales coordination, customer service, or business development (preferably in certification, inspection, or service industry).
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, client relationship management, and market research.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
