Job Title: Lead Generation and Appointment Setter
Job Type: Part Time 8pm to 12am
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Identification: Conduct online research to identify potential leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, CRM tools, company websites, and other platforms. Build and maintain an organized database of leads, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Outreach & Engagement: Initiate conversations with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, or other communication channels. Tailor outreach messages to address specific needs of prospects, showcasing the value of our services/products.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team. Confirm appointments and provide necessary details to both prospects and the sales team.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with prospects who have shown interest or require further nurturing. Track progress and outcomes of all follow-ups and appointments.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and appointments set. Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics, outreach activities, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or appointment setting (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospects.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B sales or lead generation.
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools, software, or services relevant to your business.
- Familiarity with cold calling and email marketing best practices.
