Platinum Health is a youth mental wellness organization dedicated to empowering students aged 13–18 through a structured, school-based program focusing on mental health awareness, emotional regulation, digital safety, resilience, self-esteem, and essential life skills. Delivered through weekly sessions across the academic year, our curriculum aligns with school calendars, SEL goals, and national education priorities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a well-connected and experienced Educational Consultant or School Liaison with strong ties to private and international schools in Lahore (especially O-Level, A-Level, and IB campuses). The goal is to expand Platinum Health's school partnerships by introducing and facilitating onboarding of our Youth Mental Wellness & Life Skills Program.

This is a strategic outreach and relationship-building role suited for a former principal, senior school administrator, curriculum lead, or academic consultant with a credible reputation in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce Platinum Health's program to key decision-makers (principals, school directors, academic coordinators)
  • Leverage your network to schedule high-level meetings for program presentations
  • Tailor the program's pitch to align with each school's mission and student development goals
  • Support in negotiating program terms and addressing school-specific concerns
  • Help facilitate onboarding steps with interested schools (calendar integration, group planning, etc.)
  • Provide insight into educational trends and school needs to guide program refinement

Ideal Background

  • Former school principal, senior teacher, academic coordinator, or education consultant
  • Strong existing network within Lahore's private/international school community (e.g., Beaconhouse, Roots, LGS, TNS, The Lyceum, The City School, etc.)
  • Familiarity with mental wellness, SEL frameworks, or life skills education is a strong plus
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Passionate about youth development and mental health in schools

Working Model

  • This is a commission-based role offering a 10% commission on the first-month contract value for each school successfully onboarded through your efforts.
  • There is no monthly retainer at this time.
  • This role offers flexibility in hours and autonomy, with impact-driven outcomes and a chance to be part of a meaningful youth-focused mission.

Contract Duration

This is a contractual position for an initial period of 3 to 6 months, depending on the successful onboarding of a limited number of schools. The contract may be extended or concluded based on program needs and mutual agreement.
