Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities via cold calling / Tele marketing , generating leads, managing accounts, and building strong client relationships. The role involves developing business strategies, preparing proposals, and leading negotiations to secure new deals. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, attending industry events, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience of Cold calling / Tele marketing
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Effective Communication skills and relationship management
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with financial markets and brokerage services is a plu
