Position Purpose

The BI Analyst serves as a key business partner, working cross-functionally to generate actionable insights that drive business value. The role involves streamlining data collection, enhancing operational effectiveness, and supporting decision-making through high-quality reporting and analytics.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with MI/PBI Analysts/Developers to improve MI delivery.
  • Support Business Analysts in gathering and delivering MI/PBI data requirements.
  • Enhance reporting processes for efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Execute automated scheduled reporting activities.
  • Develop data models to drive process improvements and revenue generation.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain and improve the FP34 cost file for commercial reporting.
  • Support legacy reporting systems until full migration to Power BI.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • 01 to 02 years of experience in MI, BI, or data analytics roles.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and VBA (CorVu BI knowledge is a plus).
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
