Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager located in Islamabad, with some flexibility for work from home. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate between different departments, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The manager will also be responsible for streamlining processes and improving operational efficiencies. Additionally, they will develop and implement operational policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial planning
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role and manage both in-office and remote tasks
  • Experience in the telecommunications, food, or automotive industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
