Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting tasks, handle data entry, support financial reporting, and ensure smooth coordination with the accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Prepare and post journal entries in TallyPrime/ERP system.
  • Assist in preparing sales invoices, purchase vouchers, and payment receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records.
  • Assist in monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Support senior accountants in sales tax and withholding tax calculations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of accounts and audit records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers for payment tracking.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (TallyPrime experience is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of sales tax and withholding tax filing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
