Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing customer support, and managing client relationships. The responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solar energy solutions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on sales inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
  • Experience in Customer Support and relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with renewable energy products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
