Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager to lead the human resources function across OBHG's multiple brands. The role is responsible for talent acquisition, organizational development, compliance, training, performance management, and culture building. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with OBHG's business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to OBHG leadership on all people-related matters.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for corporate and restaurant-level positions.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new team members.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Promote a positive work culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
  • Support leadership in coaching, feedback, and goal alignment.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Drive learning and development for high-potential employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
  • Support compensation benchmarking and benefit programs.

HR Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date HRMIS records and personnel documentation.
  • Generate HR dashboards and reports for executive decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of progressive HR experience; experience in hospitality/F&B preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to lead across multiple brands or business units.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.
