Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager-Education and Research, located in Lahore. The Manager-Education and Research will be responsible for developing and overseeing educational programs, managing curriculum development, conducting training and coaching sessions, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role involves coordinating with educational institutions, evaluating program effectiveness, and contributing to the foundation's mission of providing quality education.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Curriculum Development and Education
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Training and Coaching skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and manage educational projects
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field
  • Background in non-profit or educational sector is a plus
