Key Role Summary

The role of Assistant Manager involves providing key support and problem identification services to help domestic teams understand and resolve issues effectively.

As a user research professional, you will be responsible for conducting market visits and interviews to gather insights on user experiences and needs.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with domestic and local supervisors to align product needs with user feedback and support the R&D department in managing local teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and Problem Identification: Assist domestic teams in identifying issues and provide effective solutions.
  • User Research: Conduct market visits, user interviews, and other research activities to gather insights on user experiences and needs.
  • Collaboration and Management: Work with domestic and local supervisors to align product needs with user feedback and support the R&D department in managing local teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Language Proficiency: Chinese HSK Level 4 or above, with the ability to use Chinese as a working language. Proficiency in at least one of the following local languages: English, Urdu.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience. Preference given to candidates with a background in user research or the mobile phone industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and expression skills, a strong sense of responsibility, high learning ability, initiative, and logical thinking.
