Sales Representative / Cold Calling - REMOTE

We're looking for Sales Reps who are fluent in English, looking to excel in their careers and progress. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and do well is key.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow and develop the sales through effective and consistent outbound activity including phone and email.
Achieving and exceeding targets set by the company.
Call companies to generate leads predominantly in the UK.
Develop a strong outbound pipeline of clients.
Maintain reports for clients.
Work effectively with internal and external departments to promote sales.
Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets.
Respond to all allocated requests via live chat, phone, or email for quotes within agreed SLAs.
Provide cover for team members during periods of absence and/or busy periods.

Job Specification

Sales Cold Calling
Business development and relationship management.
Good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
Demonstrable problem-solving skills and ability to find answers/solutions.
Able to learn, retain, and apply knowledge acquired through training.
Active listening skills.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times.
IT literate and able to use and/or learn standard and proprietary software, specifically proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to swiftly adapt and respond positively to change.
Ability to maintain a positive, 'winning/can do' attitude at all times.

Experience
Demonstrable experience in an outbound sales role.
