**Job Title:** Software Sales Representative

As a software sales representative, you play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Your primary objective is to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while ensuring seamless execution of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential selling possibilities and assess customer needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies by leveraging tele calling, appointment fixing, and digital data mining techniques.
  • Generate new leads for customers and onboard new sales areas or outlets.
  • Negotiate and close deals while handling customer complaints or objections.
  • Provide daily and monthly reports to ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with business managers to prepare and analyze daily reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (BCom), or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable university.
  • Experience in software sales and marketing to retail customers, preferably with a software company.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with experience in marketing Point-of-Sale (POS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or restaurant management software.
