Role OverviewOur Territory Manager is the front-line leader who manages distributors and trade for the designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations and to deliver sales, KPIs and targets. This role offers an opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of sales and drive meaningful change through TMICC's growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the business to the desired ambition: Underlying Volume / Sales Growth.
- Improve competitive visibility in stores.
- Coordinate distributor/customer operational plans and executions.
- Negotiate with customers for Joint Business Planning.
- Plan and manage eRTM, and build optimized routes for DSRs.
- Support digital transformation strategy for the territory.
- Maintain financial acumen: business profitability and gross margin.
- Lead and develop an extended team.
- Uphold the business KPIs and be accountable for results.
- Redefine processes post-execution with strong analytical skills.
- Ensure in-store execution of all promotions across assigned categories and IMT & LMT stores.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Active field presence and market time.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution ability.
- Awareness of competitive insights.
- Accountability, responsibility, and bias for action in an empowered role.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG preferred.
