Territory Sales Manager - Lahore at FrieslandCampina. We are seeking a self-driven, passionate Territory Sales Manager responsible for implementing effective territorial marketing strategies, meeting customers to settle concerns/disputes, assessing sales performance and discovering new sales opportunities. The incumbent will be responsible to deliver overall value/Volume Targets coupled with fundamentals against assigned objectives.
Responsibilities- Achieve territory volume/value targets while maintaining the portfolio's availability plan and business partner's ROIs. Create an on-field impact through driving distribution KPIs such as outlet productivity, call productivity and drop size.
- Achieve employee engagement index score.
- Manage large capital-intensive distribution and business ROIs.
- Estimate outlets' potential for placement of company assets.
- Ensure proper tracking and recovery of assets from the trade.
- Provide on-the-job training to the sales team.
- Monitor and report key business indicators (KPIs) such as daily sales, stock return rate, outlet conversion rate, etc. on a regular basis.
- Handle different distribution channels like trade and key accounts.
- Track and report movements of other products in the category (MIR).
- Monitor competitor activity and report to supervisor through daily activity reports.
- Conduct retail audits and update outlet data regularly.
- Lead field area sales operations to achieve yearly sales targets by delivering on distribution & route-to-market KPIs while ensuring business partner ROI.
- Fulfil safety requirements related to environmental, food safety and occupational health and safety in line with ISO standards applicable at FrieslandCampina.
- BBA/MBA
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales & distribution with some reputed FMCG
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skill; ability to handle critical market/sales situations
- Sound understanding of retailer operations
- Business potentials assessment
