Job Summary

Job Summary

This role focuses on nurturing affiliate success through education, live engagement, and ongoing support. As an Affiliate Manager, you must have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships and a self-directed approach to working with others and helping them succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a product expert and trusted point of contact for affiliates, helping them understand and effectively promote BatchService offerings.
  • Onboard new affiliates with energy and clarity-getting them excited about our tools, guiding them through setup, and helping them launch successfully.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with affiliates through 1:1 calls, group webinars, and live community sessions.
  • Provide proactive support and ideas to help affiliates increase performance and stay engaged.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, track performance, and identify opportunities to improve engagement or remove roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share affiliate feedback and improve resources, programs, and campaign materials.
  • Represent BatchService on partner-facing webinars, live events, or community spotlights to strengthen brand presence and trust.

Skills And Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Able to speak confidently on live calls, webinars, and community events; strong written skills for email follow-ups and affiliate communications.
  • People-Centric & Relationship Driven: You enjoy helping others succeed and know how to build trust quickly with diverse partners.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple affiliate relationships and outreach tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Affiliate Marketing Experience (Preferred): Prior experience supporting affiliate, partner, or ambassador programs is a plus.
  • Real Estate Industry Knowledge (Nice to Have): Familiarity with real estate investing or proptech tools is helpful but not required.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred, but equivalent experience and people skills are more important.
  • Time Zone Alignment: Comfortable working during core business hours in Mountain Standard Time (MST) to ensure smooth collaboration with the team and affiliates.
  • Experience with the following systems, tools and technologies preferred:
  • CRM: Salesforce
  • Content Creation: Powerpoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Adobe
  • Affiliate Marketing Software: SaaSQuatch
